Looking to get a gas powered pressure washer from lowes or someplace

What is the max you ever want to use on a car? I dont want to damage the paint. Ill also be using it for other things like washing my house before paint.

Oil off the driveway. Things like that. They got a lot of different power levels, and prices. Whats safe for a car?

I use a green 25* 1800psi 5.5gpm tip for car washing.

Any word on the most you should use on a car? Id like to get the most powerful one but the ones ive owned in the past didnt really do much in the way of controlling the pressure. You just sort of used it as it came

Its all in the tip size. I use a 500psi 5.5gpm when cleaning vent hoods.

this. I use a 3500psi but use a big tip so its not that high. I also keep my distance with it when washing a car. Sure comes in nice when cleaning the driveway though!

I have a yellow, red, white and green at 3500psi 5.5gpm and a green 1800@5.5 and several different angles of 500@5.5

I'm assuming the tips are universal so I can just buy any brand of power washer that I want
