Dash coating

The dash in my Blazer looks like someone used a heavy degreaser and dried out the plastic. It has no sheen to it and looks like chemical stains, is there anything I can put on it besides paint?

I just got some aerospace 303 to try on all my plastics. I can give you a update when i get a chance to put it on the truck.
