need clear sprayed on top of some vinyl stickers

I have a classic mini cooper...the wife wants to put a union jack on the roof..It is like a 14 piece vinyl kit. I want clear sprayed over it to seal it in

Can anyone do this, or recommend a shop..I live in Burleson

the clearcoat will mostlikely yellow, bubble, chip in the next few years on top of a sticker. check out some of the car wrap shops to see if they can put on a clear sticker over it. then when its time to sell the car you can remove it also.
