There are many people on this forum who do produce great work, just not all make a business out of it. Yes, it is amazing some of the possibilities, though.
Also in my experiance Nick is a very cool guy. He taught me some polishing things as well. I also got to go to a detailing class he was having and got to meet Mike Phillips from Meguairs. Nick is outstanding at polishing paint.

Paint was thin, so only about 80% correction was achieved. Customer was floored, the paint has obviously been improved and looks great. The paint was covered in RIDS.
Also, he may be an outstanding person, but once he gets behind a keyboard, you better watch out.
RIDS. Look at you with all the smart detailing terms. Did nick teach them to you? I don't understand how you can talk bad about nick and then post pics of your work and it still has scratches all in it.

Off topic, but did you ever PM me back about a quote for fixing the neon? Sometimes I don't get PMs for some reason.

I went to Nicks shop once for advice. I was at Nicks home one time to purchase a used DA for $100 approximately 3 years ago. I also was at his home once before to replace his water pump for him when he was recovering from back surgery.
No, he did not teach me that, but I taught him how to put a water pump in.
Lol... I was thinking the same thing. Not what I would call great detailing, so he got out the surface swirls and left all the scratches.
So, in your professional opinion, if a Delfesko reads that existing paint is thin, I should proceed with removing more paint? Ford states in it's warranty that a .3mil reduction in clearcoat will void warranty.
