Safari Roof Rack Repaint

Just bought a used Safari roof rack for the rover. Metal is in good shape but has some rusting in some areas. I plan on recoating it. I am going to wire wheel the entire thing. That's where the advice comes in. I can't decide if I want to apply a flat DTM paint, plasti dip, get it powdercoated or take it to rhino line place and have it rhino lined. Recommendations? The rack is not going to take a ton of abuse. I'll just be using it for camping and outdoor trips. Thanks.

From the options you listed it sounds like the rhino liner would be the most durable with the powder coating a close second. IMO, any kind of paint will eventually weather.
