touching up rock chips

Does anyone have any tips on doing this w/o making it look like shit?
I have heard there are some guys out there that can do a near perfect touch up job, do the dealers have any special tricks, etc?

The color has a lot to do with how good the touch up looks. Some colors will blend right in while others look like a bullseye.
