FWIW, I didn't either. I guess there can be multiple products called Aircraft remover.

I just rummaged through the chemical cabinets in the hanger and can assure you, anything aircraft related will get you high as a kite (as I am right now), and cause cancer if you are in California.

I was thinking something like this: http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/de...1833&ppt=C0090

Paint stripper attacks paint, this stuff apparently does not.

Goof off/goo gone has always worked for me on automotive finishes.
With it being on gel coat, that's going to complicate things a lot. The decal and/or adhesive could have actually bonded with the gel coat.

Do you have a heat gun?

Try heating it up (cautiously) then wiping it with a soft cloth.
You can also use a good hair dryer (but don't tell Risa I said that).

I've used heat guns to pull factory and dealer badges off my cars for some time now with great success.

              Yep.

Heat gun and a plastic razor has worked for me in any decal removal process.

Did a decal removal on a Collectors edition WS6 a month ago and I didn't have much of a problem. My fingers did hurt afterwards though. LOL

Thanks for the suggestions, I just went ahead and sold the ski instead of messing with it anymore :-)
