Has anyone worked in the IT Dept @ Dell's office in Plano?

I see IT job postings from Dell every few months and wanted to ask if its due to high turnover or company growth? And what is the job culture like?

I presently work in Richardson as an Intel System Admin with a primary focus on virtualization (Citrix XenDesktop 7.5 VDI \ VMWare ESX 5.5). My company was bought by a competitor in Q1' 2014. I got word this week that in Q2-Q3' 2015 our IT systems will be migrated to their main office in Cleveland. And their person there with no previous Citrix experience will become the subject matter expert on virtualization.

Basically to say after 10 years employment here I see the writing on the wall and am actively looking to make a change before it is made for me. I'm not looking for a job recommendation but more just to ask about the culture details.

I've been here 5 years, moved from a System Admin to Manager during that time. I know of a few openings, however most aren't in "IT for Dell", they are on customer accounts that we do ITO for.
