I can weld, Used to do it for a living, only unfortunate thing is no certs...

I'd prefer 7/7 or 12/12 but I'll damn near take almost anything to get out of my current place.

The towers make no sense to me however I assume it's the length of the shift?

Correct, the run of days you work is called a hitch, the hours worked in a day is called a tower.

I'm not in the patch ATM, and all my connections are a good bit south of you... that's just my favorite hitch.

7's you burn up free time traveling, 14's is good, but I prefer 21's... after 2wks, you're ready to go home. 21 you're fucking DONE. But then you have time to take care of shit on days off, travel, etc. And after 21 days of fucking off, you're actually wanting to go back!

I loved 7-7 when I was 30 min from work. . Now that I have to travel. . You can't beat 14-14.. you have enough time to do whatever. . 21 days is to long. Especially when things are going wrong. .

Hell I can drive man, I wouldn't complain about having almost a month off haha.

Yeah the more I'm thinking about it the better a 14/14 is sounding.

                    you can get 28/28 overseas...

have you signed up on RigZone and other sites?

If you're fucking serious and don't mind traveling/relocating/etc., I'll see what all I can do for you.

I'm serious as a heart attack man, the only thing I can't do is relocate, due to having a small child and no longer being with her momma.

But I'll travel, that's never been a problem and would greatly appreaciate you helping me out.

I'm on rigzone, rigjobs, and usenergyemployment.

if you want something permanent look into the pipeline companies Anadarko, harvest kinder morgan, Plains All American etc. most start in the mid $20s. Ive been in the Eagleford shale area for over 2 yrs now and we still have a lot of growing to do down here.
