This is a position at a local mall. You would be responsible for electrical, HVAC and grounds. You will be managing the maintenance crew as well as housekeeping staff. Hours are typically first shift. Pay will range $50k to $60K DOE. Must have a background in HVAC and/or electrical, plumbing would be a plus.
