So what did you get the degree in? I graduated HS in 94 and it took me until Dec 2010 to finally get my Bachelor's in Management of Information Systems. I've debated going back to get a Master's since the company will most likely pay for it, but I don't like school LOL. It took me that long to get the Bachlor's and I would imagine spending 4 years to do a Master's as well. I had an Associates degree in 98 or so and then took a few years off college and went after certifications and got into IT Desktop Support work. Didn't start back towards finishing the Bachelor's until 2006 and it took 4 years to finish of going 2 classes per semester. Working full time, 3 kids, and my wife.

I don't think I really need a Master's for what I'm planning to do at my company, but if I ever decide to try to get higher than IT Manager, I suspect it may help.

Masters of science in engineering and technology management. It took maybe 3 years at a somewhat leisurely pace. All online, only had to go to certified testing centers for key tests.
