I work in the IT department for Club Corporation of America (ClubCorp for short) and we are looking for someone to fill an open spot we have in our Help Desk department. ClubCorp is the world's largest private club corporation and the world leader in private clubs. We own, operate, and manage over 400 private clubs through out these United States. These clubs consist of private golf and country clubs, dining and business clubs, as well as a few hotels and resorts. I've been with the company going on 4 years now and it's been a great company to work for with decent pay and decent benefits. One of the biggest benefits being free golf at the local clubs whenever you're off.
*We're looking for someone with at least a year of level I/II tech support/help desk experience.
*The job is full time and will have full benefits at 6 months.
*Starting pay will be based on experience, typically between $15-$18+ based on experience (I don't make the pay decision).
*The hours are Monday through Friday, sometime between 7AM - 7PM.
*Relaxed dress code (nice jeans and a collared shirt are fine).
*Relaxed atmosphere
*Health insurance
*Dental insurance
*Vision insurance
*401k
Responsibilites include taking calls ranging from email issues, printing issue, POS issues, MS Office issues, network/wireless issues, internet issues, and more. This isn't necessarily a job where you spend all day taking calls out of a queue and spending all day on the phone. A majority of the calls that come in are from self service tickets through the web, which you then call back to help troubleshoot problems.
If you're interested then let me know, you can PM me a resume or PM me and I'll leave you with an email to send me your resume.
Feel free to ask any questions you like and I'll answer as best I can.
