You can get an insurance policy so that if you get temporarily fired at work the insurance will pay you for every day that you are fired until you resume working again.

If you seriously fuck up (run a red signal/occupy main line without authority, derail stuff) you could be "fired" or taken out of service for 5, 10, 30, or 60 days.

That's what I'm not sure of. If I remember right there was a policy another guy has that he said was ~$80/month that paid $150 a day, 7 days a week.

Obv. you can have a higher premium for more coverage. I've heard of guys with two policies each paying $500/day. Lolz.

The thing is it will more than pay for itself if I ever have to use it.

If I ever get fired I'm not taking their deal/SIP class/ years and years of probation. I'll take my time off.

I wasn't going to get it but there's been a shitload of decerts lately and it's kind of got me wanting to get job insurance.
