Who is hiring right now in the oil business?

Posting up for my brother. He is looking for better work than what he is currently doing busting his ass for 40k/year. He is hard worker wanting to put in the work. He asked me if I'd help him look into, so here I am. I've seen a few old posts but none recent. Any help or references would be greatly appreciated, especially if you are already in the biz.
