I have a full time job (investment banking/commercial RE) but I am looking to buy a house and land this spring so anything will help. I have experience in sales, underwriting, marketing, database management, client relations, and back end/legal filing, among other things.

I'm just looking for extra petty cash to help with saving. If I can save 600 extra a month between now and next May that would be almost 5k.

I also grew up working for my dad's construction company from the ages ~10 (pushing a broom) to 20 (running a crew). I'm not opposed to manual labor. I really just need some extra scratch to start building a nest egg.
