Sorry if this has been posted. Is there an interview process before training or is that incorporated in the training? In other words is it a possibility to go through 18 weeks of training and not get the gig? The interview process is before the training. During the 18 weeks of training you can be fired for any and everything. You will also be tested on the material several times a week and if you dont score 85 or higher you wont have a job either.Originally posted by 347Mike View PostComment

Realistically, how difficult is the material? I am not doubting said persons wits or smarts, but I would be having my brother come from Florida. He actually told me it was a good company to work for. It was the Conductor/Engineer side he swayed me away from. Mostly because he's always gone and never sees family.
