slowly getting our stuff moved in. May have a job interview for monday to be a field supervisor for a company that cleans up after flood damage and fire damage. Anybody do this type of work?May God give us strength and courage in the time of our darkest hours.

It involves a lot of drywall removal and repair, some framing in serious cases and flooring (wood, laminate, carpet, etc.), sometimes cabinets, baseboards and painting. There are cases where you'll have to inspect plumbing and roofing as well. Basically and all-around remodel crew since water can cause such a wide range of damage. There will be times where you'll work while people are still occupying the house since the damage range can be regional as well.
Your job as supervisor would most likely be keeping the work area to a minimum, but large enough for the crew to safely perform their duties. It would also involve being a safety monitor and the quality control inspector before, during and after the job. Lastly, you'll have to babysit them. These are mostly construction hands (carpenters) that are out of work otherwise and they need to be bird dogged like a mofo.
