I ended up having our builder put up the shop at the new place. I just wasn't able to get the foundation, shell, and insulation at a price that justified the headache.
I am doing electric and finish out afterwards. I have some questions for thos who have have their shops finished out.
What are you using for lighting? My buding will be 24x40. The back 12-15' will get framed for a shop for our laser business. In the front I was planning overhead LED.
Who has had your shop floor coated? Did you DIY or sub it out? I currently have a quote for Epoxy for $2750.
Finally, who has framed rooms in a texwin building? Looking for the best .ethod to frame agains exterior walls. The shop will be spray foamed before I do any framing.
