Concrete costs for Patio?

I'm getting all kinds of useless information on the interwebz.

I'm trying to calculate a 18 x 10 x 4inch deep patio pour. Anyone have any info or had this done? From what I have read, you want rebar or steel mesh for a patio and about 4 inches deep, anyone have any use full input or had this done?

I'm sure this isn't an accurate price since it was done while my house was being built but, I had a 14x10 and extended it another 10 for 14x20 at 100 dollars per foot. So it was 1,000 to add. Like I said concrete work was already going to be done.
