I.am still rockin the Epson 8350 from 2012 at 130 inches. I have changed the lamp once.

That's just it, size aside, the image is comparable to a HD TV with the curtains open mid-day. You would want to go with the pricier black diamond for outdoor or in a living room that's all windows, but the slate does fine in a room with a couple medium-sized windows. Don't feel limited to 80 inches in any space with the screen and projector tech that's available today.

I'd have to see the setup for sure then because that sounds great. Mine isnt bad but it's certainly not on the level as the 4K downstairs when the room is flooded with natural light.

Extremely cool video...thanks for sharing. I was considering a larger screen and I'll certainly be looking these guys up.
