The shop doesn't have electricity ran yet. Drywall is up but needs to be finished out.

I got quoted $135/sqft from a company which would cost $486k. I will have $200k in this place when done. It's a shitty experience but I think it's worth the money saved.

I would show up at his shop/home.

Bad thing is I know where he lives. I just don't want to start shit and he freaks out on me....

That is the truth!! Luckily we had an awesome experience building our house with the exception of the weather.
