Where them updates at?

I am talking to GCs to do foundation, frame, exterior, roof, etc to build me a shell for a garage attached to our current garage. Then slowly I will sub out on my own the electrical, insulation, drywall, etc as I get cash freed up.

Love seeing projects like this to get ideas for how it is done.

Sorry guys. So update is, my contractor I was using had to stop working on the place about 6 or 8 months ago because of permitting issues he didnt want to deal with. I told him I would take care of it and finally did as of November. The being said, the contractor will no longer answer my phone calls, texts, and emails and coming to complete what I've paid for. He left my high and dry with $2500 in drywall that needed to be finished, $4000 in doors that weren't delivered nor installed, and about $4500 in electrical that hasn't been done. So after dealing with the county for a couple of months, I now have to deal with how to get my money back from this prick. So there is no updates but I will update as more progress is made. I did purchase all my new appliances during black Friday and did get a quote for my cabinets.....
