Very nice, I’m hoping to be doing the same thing soon on our land in Blue Ridge we bought. We plan on building the shop first, finishing out a small portion for living, while we put our current home up for sale, then using those proceeds to put down on the actual home build. I’ve been gathering quotes on a 40x50x12 with a 12x50 covered parking on the lean to side. I’ll definitely be following this build.

No, they just finished the spray foam and I need to get off my lazy ass and start getting quotes for everything.

The whole thing is spray foamed. My buddies 40x30 shop would require 1 small heater and it felt like a sona.
