  • Need a Good Concrete Guy - Shop Foundation

I the middle of having our new house built. I am responsible for getting the shop set up. I need a good concrete guy to place the slab. 5" thick with post tension. Roughly 30x48. I have engineered drawings. Anyone on here have recommendations? Any references would be appreciated. The builder would do it but his concrete guy is quite pricey. Not wanting to go cheap, just want to find a fair price for quality work. Located in Grapevine.

The best thing you could do is go through a subdivision under construction and ask a concrete crew that is working on a make up.

I used Terry Fowler (Fowler Welding) out of Terrell, TX for my 30x40 Mueller building. He did the concrete and assembled the shop a little over 2 years ago and the concrete still looks good. I plan on using him on my new property next year.
