Improving the house, by building a new one?

So the wife and I decided to build a new house in Wylie.

Went with Windsor Homes, and hope to be done by December time frame. Getting a 4 car garage and 2700ish sq ft. one story.

I cobbled the house on the lot together to make a halfway decent picture.

Without having to drive an hour and a half or more each way everyday for work, that wasn't gonna be feasible. So I'll just look for a hunting lease
