I'm in need of a handyman for my rental in Mckinney. I'm going to be out of the country most of the next 12 months and need someone I can call for any repairs that come up.

I do most of my own stuff in the Denton area but usually use a plumber for big plumbing jobs. You just want someone for general stuff and then someone to take the calls and get it handled? I'm a real estate agent but between me and my dad we have 29 rentals and I do most of the work on them.
