Weed Killer

I was going to pick up some weed killer today and hit my lawn with it. I missed my fall pre emergence application and my yard is over run with weeds. Every bottle I picked up said to not use when the grass was coming out of dormancy.

Any recommendations as to whether these are safe to use right now? I have bermuda grass which typically doesn't green up until late spring, however, I have a lot of yards that we laid at work with dormant sod that are starting to green up due to this crazy weather we are having.

I made such great strides with the front yard last year, I would hate to send it all back to the stone age with an application of weed killer.

Suggestions? Recommendations?

Broad leaf mostly I think. I haven't taken a real close look. I have an issue right now with clover and some other crap, henbit I think. This stuff is unkillable! I have used round up in my flower beds, pulled it, and it still keeps popping up.

As for point of purchase, I am limited to home depot and lowes unless I make a special trip into the DFdub

I'll take a look at depot tomorrow and see what's there, as for the beds , purchase some preen and put in beds ( best pre emergence there is for flower beds)

And with that being said , it's still been really too cool to get a good kill, I'm respraying on my first fert app when temps hit more consistent in the night

This is kind of what I figured. I am o pissed that I misses dmy fall pre emergence application. I made such great strides with the yard last year, it feels almost like I am back to square one.

Did you skip the notice I posted in January to apply pre ?
The December floods pretty much depleted anything applied in the fall , that's why we started a little early this year

I may have missed it. Between the wedding, baby on the way, and a relapse with my back issue, it wouldn't have gotten done if I saw it! :/
