Floodlight bulbs question

So i just got done installing a flood light

I bought a couple of BR30 LED flood light bulbs without bothering to flippin read the box and got these.

I just noticed that the instructions call for PAR38 bulbs though. Would I be ok running these lights still?

Your LED bulbs use a fraction of the max 150W rating of the fixture, so yes it won't be a problem as long as it fits the base.

Just no reflectors in those bulbs.
