Filling gaps in soffit openings?

Now that I have the holes (in the brick) around the A/C lines, corrected. I am planning an attack on the holes around the electrical and phone lines that were ran through the soffit. Whoever cut the openings cut them about 1/2" larger than they should have. In fact the phone line opening maybe be 3/4" larger than it needed to be. So any suggestions on this project?

they are probably sized that way to allow room for movement of the house. I would just use a latex caulk that will let the house move with out compromising the conduit.
