Keller area, anyone know a "fix it up" guy?

Thinking about listing our house and need a few small items fixed that I do not feel like trying to do myself. Anyone know someone who can replace a few tiles, a few wood planks, do some drywall repair (dog chewed a corner), etc. Nothing major, just a few small jobs that need fixing up before we would list.

Have not tried Angies List, may do that this weekend.

I have a guy out of Denton but use him more for big remodels but he can do it all. Not sure it sounds like you have enough work to make it worth while for either of you. I'll see if I have anyone else in your area.
