Reccomended flooring?

PM beefed88, we did a waterproofed vinyl on cork floor in his addition because of previous water issues. Went in fairly easy in a 17x12 ft. over a few hours with just the two of us

Finish scraping and then had the air tested in the kitchen and in the house near the bedrooms. No trace of asbestos in the air anywhere. Only thing of significance he found was a bug leg.

Covered the slab floor with 6mil moisture barrier and put down Smartcore Ultra for a floating floor. 308 sq. ft., taking about day and a half. Locks in easy on two sides, but when you gotta lock in the row, takes some energy.
