I've decided to switch to hardwood in my new house. I've never had a house with carpet before, and I decided to give this new one a shot and I can't do it. So, I've got a few quotes to install hardwood in the house from Lumber Liquidators, Ged's, and a few others. My question is should I have Ged's do the install with their guys, or has anyone used another contractor they would recommend that might save me a few bucks? Or is any of this even worth the effort? I don't have the time to do the install myself, so I'm definitely having someone do it for me. Anyone have any experience to share?
