  • Retaining wall, can this brick be used for corners?

So bought some brick and after asking lowes before purchasing they said it would be ok for corners. I think i was lied to

I dont think you can make it into corner cuts without it looking like crap

So new plan is probably concrete blocks on the part facing the house and this brick with curves facing the street. Would that work?

You not going to put the block lower below the top ground.

You can if you cut them at a 45 in the corner.

Maybe at the corner set one side lower then the other side. Like making a step. So when you go up with the brick they are staggered. Faster then cuting, But you will always have a unfinished edge face out.

Trying to remember how we did it with similar stone about 8 years ago on another house. Failing at the moment. The "corner" was more of a curve and it did require some trimming.

Yeah, you will need to find a way to cut it at 45 degree angles to make a presentable corner.

The problem is you wont be able to stagger the joints.
