      <~~ also had a house in Euless. Found my inspection. My pressure static test cimes out at 100 psi. Says on sheet that 80 psi is top psi for code. So im way over.

        60-75 is standard city pressures.

          Yep.. I forget the actual reading (other than the guy was shocked), so it may have been higher than 70's but he actually suggested it may be "too high". I don't recall how he read the pressure. I know that I have a splitter on one outside spigot, one of those had a plastic screw on cap, and it blew that plastic cap to pieces.

          I may have slightly turned the valve on the meter to slow it down some, (afraid of busting my 54 y/o pipes) but can't remember for sure. That was a few years back when I was told this.

            they make a little gauge that screws on to your spigot and you can turn it on and see what it is. I think mines 50-60 best I can remember.
