The lawn is growing weeds like crazy and I had stickers last year that I would like to get rid of. What product can I apply this time of year?

You'll want to kill the stickers, and getting the stickers out can be done by putting a piece of scrap carpet on the back of your mower to collect them. My mom's back yard was full of them, and we finally rid the yard of them this way."If I asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses." - Henry Ford

I'll add - if you're mulching - stop. You must bag to keep from spreading the stickers. Also, mow it short and mow it often.Originally posted by BradMBut, just like condoms and women's rights, I don't believe in them.Originally posted by LeahIn other news: Brent's meat melts in your mouth.

Scotts Halts or Lesco Dimension (better than their PreM)

I've got an acre and I use a riding mower with a trailer sprayer from tractor supply. I round up the entire place around this time as well as put out preemergent. Works wonders with Bermuda as it's dormaint this time of year. Then I spot spray with msma throughout the rest of the year. A good watering schedule helps prevent sandburrs as well as previously stated bagging and frequent mowing

Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?
You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.
