I am looking to lay a 40x50 6" slab with an 18" perimeter for a shop, I was quoted $5.50 /sq ft for the above, what is the going price for such work?

Call this guy he is highly ranked on craigslist. I called him, then sent him a pic of the area, and he sent me a quote back that evening.

How much is crete there? Rebar in the slab or wire? Fiber added?
