      Fordracing19,
Thanks for the info; I just sent them a quote request. It sounds like that includes assembly and concrete.

Still haven't heard anything today. Actually signed a contract with TRMetalbuildings last night. They came out and were real cool and knew what they were talking about. I'm waiting on the engineered foundation paperwork then they will get started. I ended up going with a 20x40x12. I still need to get pics of the fence but will def. be taking pictures of the shop too

Thanks! I will have to check them out. Are they doing concrete and assembly or do you need to go third party?

I built a 60x60 last year. First pass on Meuller. There prices are not even competitive. I went with Nucor building. Very good people and if you have an issue they will even come by and take a look. 4" slab is way to thin. Won't support an automotive lift if you plan on ever installing one. I went with 6" with 12"x30" beams. I went extra thick where the main metal beams bolt down on the slab. If you were closer my concrete guy could hook up up. I paid $3.40 turn key for my slab. Twice as strong as my house slab.

4.25" 3,000psi slab is the minimum requirement for the light duty Rotary two post lifts. I would have to look into others but I think they are all pretty much the same.

Good luck. When you put your 3/4" redheads and tighten them watch your foundation crack. I have installed hundreds of lifts and it happens everytime.

they are doing the concrete and all. They don't actually do it but have a guy they work with so I just paid a package price. I'll update as it gets to work.

3.40 sounds like a hell of a deal on concrete but I'm def a ways from Aledo

Can you send me the name and number of your concrete guy? I'm getting ready to attempt this for the second time. The first time the city got in the way even though I live in an airpark community.
