Selling house and the inspector said there is some minor wind damage on the roof. Any recommendations on here for the Rowlett area?

And talk about anal inspections, guy notes a loose screw on a door hinge and lights with light sensors that don't work during the day.

No we have that knows what a light with a light sensor is. I have seen other reports and they say that the light has a light sensor and cannot be tested during the day. Not light does not work, suggest checking wiring throughout house to make sure no damage. I do not like the scare tactics method.

yeah, it pisses you off when it's yours, but when you are buying you want everything that is even discolored on the report, it might save you a buck or two.
