Home inspection, anything to worry about?

Buying this house, should I be too worried about any of this?

I don't see anything of major concern. Mostly small cosmetic/quality items. Sealing external fixtures and voids is easy and typically a lack there of has no adverse affect. The corner pops are standard and are an easy fix. If you purchase, get elbows on those gutters asap as that will cause you foundation issues in the long run with them dumping water directly at the slab

Thanks, im trying to get them to fix all of it before we buy! The smaller stuff I can take care of, the cold water in the kitchen and the roof seem to be the only big stuff.

The roof didn't look too bad from the pics, though I didn't read the comment on it. As for the cold water, the sink may be a valve or line issue. What type of faucet was on the tub? If it is a moen, it may just be a cartridge, which they will send you for free. There are a lot of youtube videos on replacing them. If you have any plumber or roofer friends, I would have them look at it, get a bid, and use it to negotiate if they are unwilling to make the repairs.

Not sure on the make of the appliences, I'll check when I get home. We are negotiating repairs right now, waiting to hear back.
