For some odd reason, their is moisture in the foundation and my wood floor has buckled a little in one spot. The floor person had some meter and said there is high moisture in the foundation. It looks like it is in a line from the kitchen sink area, towards the front of the house, and pretty much follows the drain/sewer line I think.
Anywhooo, does anyone know a good plumber in the Keller area that can do a leak test?
I feel 99.99% sure it isn't fresh water leaking, the water meter does not show any flow when I looked at it, and if I barely turn on a faucet, it has the little gadget moving, so that should indicate no flow in fresh water.
