Same. I keep a spare on hand because I go through one every summer. Last year at the recommendation of a friend, I installed a hard start capacitor in addition to the regular capacitor. He said it should stop frying capacitors and help them last longer. I think the hard start was around $25. I haven't had to replace a capacitor since, but we also haven't hit the hot months yet. You might want to look in to a hard start if both of you have older systems.
