I had mine built by homestead sheds like Craig said. I paid them in cash and did some negotiations with them. Price was 1/2 of what tuff shed quoted me for the same thing. Three white boys showed up on Saturday morning at 10am and were done by 2. I told them what I wanted over the phone and when the showed up the walls were prebuilt the doors were built and all the sidings were cut. I'm pretty happy with it and would use them again.
I recondition headlights on most cars for $50.00. If interested shoot me a pm.

Had we put it in yj ed back of the lot I wouldn't be running power to it since it would be 300' from the house. I also wanted my air compressor in there too. Much easier for a short run to feed the garage.Fuck you. We're going to Costco.

My mower is a 52" deck zero turn. Pulling in there is no indication of the floor flexing.
I love the barn style even more once you start getting it filled up.

The steel joists are a good idea.... That would probably work for me. I w I left mind the loft but trying to keep it cheap and I have a empty 20x20 loft in my shop next to this so don't figure I'd need it. Just reply need a spot for lawn stuff, power washer, generator etc etc... Can you give me an idea on cost for one like this?
