Still debating whether or not to do a heated floor in master bedroom/bathroom. Have the mat and thermostat/controller and got them for a steal

It does require a dedicated 20amp breaker and a box for thermostat installed in wall. What would the cost of something like that be to have it hired out? Wire needs to be run abount 30ft thru an attic that is a pain to get thru
