Mine was 240V.
There is no way in heck I would spend $10k on one new, but from what I read before buying, most suggested to not buy the cheap china made hot tubs because finding parts and finding someone to repair it will be a PIA. Some even use spray in foam insulation, imagine having to weed through that trying to repair a leak.

The other thing that is annoying me is all these hot tub sites have hidden pricing and want you to give them your phone number. I'm looking at dozens of tubs, just give me a fucking price or allow me to build it and then put one up. Fucking ridiculous. You can be looking at 2 tubs that seem identical and one is 4k the other is 10.

I do not know what you're looking for, but ours was right around 5K with warranty. It had however many jets (more than 40 total) which can be misleading and 2 motors. It was large enough (can't remember gallon, maybe 600) to sit 4-5 folks comfy. Could have 7 or 8, but it would not have been comfy. It had a goofy waterfall, not a nice one and it was really easy to maintain and came with a cover. Oh, I THINK that was delivered and installed too.
Remember you buy the tub. Great - then you need
-Electrical which will typically be 220-240 @ 50 amp
-Delivery
-Installation
-Then inevitably there will be initial issues with warranty follow up.
I do recommend the warranty for these though. Mine was easy-ish to work on. However, the pros do it for a living and are done in 1-3 hours. Most leaks/issues would've been an all day thing for me and finding parts would've been a hassle. No to mention that the electrical was a little confusing with 2 motors and the various other things in them.
Go bigger than you think you need, go with more jets than you think as well. Also, all those plain jane holes that blow out water are great. Focus on the ones that are adjustable though. There are some that feel great for a sore muscle, and some that are just more relaxing.
If you plan to have a chicky with you - get one with more than one place to lay as well. I know it sounds great, but it's hot in those damned things and for any extended time you ain't going to want anyone near ya.
I would also recommend putting a fridge/cooler near it. Cold water/drinks are awesome when in it - but getting out for them sucks when it is cold out.Originally posted by MR EDDU defend him who use's racial slurs like hes drinking water.

Must be gone, no google results. Was that next door to Winn Dixie? I went into a spa place there probably 20 years ago.

You'll have to remove them anyway to clean...etc. If you can change a light bulb you can swap them.
Now mine were simple plastic ones with no fancy chrome coating or anything. So it would be worth your time to verify what jets would cost in yours.Originally posted by MR EDDU defend him who use's racial slurs like hes drinking water.
