Any home contractors on here for additional garage?

Im looking into the option of having a third car garage added to my 2 car garage. Anyone have experience in this or give some ideas as far as cost and pain in the ass side?

I actually looked into doing this when I was house shopping. Cost is crazy due to permits and zoning/survey work. I was quoted

For a basic garage, 288 x $35 = $10,080.

If I wanted better insulation + built in shelving +premium garage door it would be 4-5k higher.

If I could get a third car for 10,500 I would jump for joy. I'm afraid I have had dream crushed already thou. When I get a chance ill dig out my survey of my property but I don't think I have enough room.
