  • Counter tops got resurfaced today

We're in the process of getting our house ready to sell. Our kitchen had the standard 80's materials, laminate with wood edging.

We researched our options. Natural granite was the look we wanted, but it was just not in the budget. After looking around, we decided on faux granite. It gets sprayed on and the effect is uncanny.

The price was VERY reasonable and they had it done in a few hours. It'll take a few days to cure, and then I can touch the paint up and recaulk.

Big thanks to John at Metroplex Coatings.

It has a clear coat, so it will retain the shine. They do this and bath tub refinishing.

My kitchen was $450 and that included the window ledge.

I had seen the kit at Lowes and Home Depot. This was one of the few projects I just didn't want to do myself.
