why ins. i heard you can use home ins. only a few times.

I landed a large commercial account because I found leaks that, literally, four other companies had not, fwiw.

It's always kind of cool to come in and find what others couldn't, did it again a couple weeks ago on a commercial roof...

Mike came out yesterday and repaired some shingle damage caused by foundation repair. He replaced my roof over a year ago.

Mike is a stand up professional that will get the job done, at a reasonable price, with no hassle.

Good deal Matt. Those areas look waay better now, for sure. I just hope the others don't cause you guys any problems. I tried to tack down a couple spots, but didn't have much luck.
