I think it's more like 2-3' isn't it? The depth of the wall and washer / dryer.

That does look cool. With that set-up I would probably just do one of those above ground fire pit / disks centered on the uncovered part of the patio.

Or one of those fire pit tables like Jluv has.

Oh, and for the spa, push it to the edge of the concrete (since the cover over hangs a bit).
