3rd time so far that i've repaired/replaced this line in last 2 years. Breaks at exact same spot cuz dumbass builder was building this house on napkins or something.
Main water line from street bends down at about 20-30 degree angle to meet up with a different line that is main water line. ( 2 different types of line btw, one is pvc one is gator) It always breaks right in the middle of the gator line that bends down.
(goes does about 2-3 feet)
I can't move water line up or move gator line down ( gator line goes all the way to city supply )
I've tried the following methods
Replaced whole line
Replaced just broken portion with double clamps?? (hd recommended so far has lasted the longest)
replaced line and wrapped it in some weird netting to prevent roots from getting in ? ( no root problem but it is beside a tree.)
How do I fix it to make it semi permanent? tired of digging up my yard every few months to fix this.
I believe its called gator line ( basically pvc with some special material inside wrapped in pvc) about 2x the cost of pvc since its "special"
