  • Pool Build

So we decided to have a pool installed in our back yard. Now that the paperwork and permits are out of the way they can begin doing actual work. It started today last Tuesday.

Medallion has been awesome. Everything has happened exactly as he said it would and was flexible when I had some last minute changes. He had some of the better pricing as well.

      Basically it's like this:

      80' ft perimeter
      Spa with Flag Stone Spillover
20' 6 position rock wall water fall
      Tanning Ledge w/ bubblers
6' bench next to the fire pit in the water.
4' OD 4' ID fire pit (Wood Burning)
      Stamped Stained Concrete Decking
      Salt System
      Gas Heater
      Variable Speed Pump
      Controller with Wireless Control Pad
      Cleaner bug thing (haha)
Sports Bottom Depth (3.5ft down to 5.5ft up to 4ft)
Flag stone copping and Flag stone facing on spa and fire pit.

      $56,200.00

FWIW I could have chosen to have the pool much deeper in the deep end for the same money. We chose that bottom on purpose so that we could put up a volley ball net. Also think about all the times you've gone "swimming". You end up spending most of your time in the shallow end drinking and bull shitting. Well at least I do anyway.

Thanks. Sections of it will likely be replaced before to long so I haven't messed with it.

You will want it more when you have an awesome pool, and a grey fence

You can do it yourself if you have or can get a power washer, then just a pump sprayer and stain.

Looks good. Klapprodt pools just finished ours.

I need to get the finished ones up in photobucket, but I've been spending too much time in the new pool.

That probably a little above average for a pool and hot tub.
